Tasty and Appetizing
Have you got a garden or a terrace? Great! But if you don’t, don’t worry, you only need a wide dining room, airy and bright, and you can prepare an appetizing menu. Spread your tablecloth, white or coloured, and give vent to your fantasy.
To amaze your guests, we suggest an original buffet. We suggest to offer two special cheeses from Alto Adige: CaRuBlù, blue-veined and meditation cheese, well indicated with Honey, it owes its name to its particular affinage with cocoa and rum; Golden Gel, where Golden indicates the colour of the wine used during the maturation process, while Gel means yellow in Tyrolese dialect.
You could garnish your dishes with some tarts or canapé on which you can spread Chilli Pepper Cream, delicate Amberjack Paté or with red Half Dry Cherry Tomato from Pachino. The wine we suggest is sparkling Cormorano Isonzo, white wine with a low alcoholic content that should be served at 6-8°C in a fluted glass.
